Morning Wake up 8:30 am (3 Mondays each month)
Movement & breath in your space via Zoom - commit to a morning routine - recording post session

III. YogaWell Circle
Monthly membership - access to all classes (in person & Zoom) + access to online library of recorded offerings - simple & best 'deal'

Yoga FOUNDATIONS -
Wednesdays
4:30pm - 5:45pm
Class may include pranayama (breath practices), mudras (hand postures), mantra and short meditation, in addition to asana (postures). Yoga style is blended: therapeutically based Viniyoga incorporating somatics and mini-flows with an alignment focus. We may use 'the wall' and chairs for props and there is always a substantial savasana (final relaxation) .
Gentle FOUNDATIONS - Wednesdays
11:00am - 12:15 pm
Based on the same elements as 'Foundations', this class is geared with an adaptive, therapeutic focus & is welcoming to seniors and those brand new to yoga.
Monday MORNING WAKE UP
8:30 am
Start your week from home with a 30 minute practice of waking movement, breath and meditation. Recording available to use remainder of the week.
RESTORATIVE RESET - Individual
Nurture Your Nervous System
Tues/Wed pm - 90 min appts
One 90 min yoga therapy session - personalized therapeutic poses for settling your nervous system
Includes set up instruction for subsequent home practice of 2-4 poses with follow-up
